Instructions
Spray mist on face, neck and chest. Place 7-10 drops of oil in 120 ml of distilled water. Use diffuser according to manufacturer instructions. The best option is to have episodic diffuser spray every 15 minutes for about 3 hours. Roller balls can be used anytime on pressure points, such as wrists, neck and chest.
Safety
Lemon grass may have drug interactions, though the use is not directly on your skin so side effects should be minimal to none. However, it is always a good idea to check with a medical provider to ensure safety. Frankincense is safe oil to use.
